Course Description
High-Performance Self Organizing teams work effectively together to attain their goals and learn from their mistakes to constantly improve. Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and others describe different processes to help teams achieve this, however, it is not enough. You also need to work effectively together as human beings. This is the topic of this class.
This class is focused on understanding how our mindsets and emotions affect our ability to work together. We focus on understanding several different “invisible” impediments to our work together and then learn practical applications of how to change this in ourselves and our teams.
Attend this class to understand these impediments and learn how to address them in ourselves and others.
