I have worked with Mona for almost a year and she was a dedicated scrum master to one of the products. She was very dedicated, a really high detailed person, where she did a great job mentoring the product’s process through the agile methodology. She was really friendly and beloved by the whole team, as she was continuously focusing on the team’s morale and isolating them from the upper management’s stress while keeping the high team’s pace.
